Our pack
Pack 132, Carmel Indiana
We're a volunteer-led Cub Scout pack chartered through Scouting America and serving families across Carmel. Our Scouts come from many different schools, and our leaders are all parents and guardians who wanted their kids to spend more time outside and less time on screens.
What we believe a pack should feel like
Welcoming
New families should feel known by the end of their first meeting.
Outdoors-first
If we can do it under the sky instead of under a roof, we do.
Low pressure
Do your best, come to what you can, and never feel behind.

Who does what
These are the volunteer roles that keep Pack 132 running. Want to know who currently holds one, or want to help? Email us.
Cubmaster
Runs pack meetings, keeps the program fun, and is the friendly face for new families.
Committee Chair
Coordinates the calendar, budget, registration, and behind-the-scenes logistics.
Den Leaders
One or two parents per grade who guide their den through the year's adventures.
Treasurer
Tracks dues, event fees, and fundraising so the program stays affordable.
Advancement Chair
Records adventures and makes sure every Scout gets recognized on time.
Outdoor Chair
Plans campouts and hikes, and manages the pack's shared camping gear.
Safety is not an afterthought
- • Every registered adult leader completes Youth Protection Training and background screening.
- • Two-deep leadership at all activities; no one-on-one adult contact with a Scout.
- • Parents are always welcome at any meeting or event — no closed doors.
- • We follow Scouting America's Guide to Safe Scouting for all outdoor activities.
Where we're headed next
After 5th grade and the Arrow of Light, our Scouts cross over into a local Scouts BSA troop. We visit troops during the Webelos year so families can find the right fit.
